NewTech-1031 (RO Antiscalant)
Newtech-1031 is a blend of
organophosphonate and acrylic polymer hence prevents the
precipitating of scale forming salt. Newtech-1031 is
designed to increase the solubility nature of scale forming
ions like Calcium carbonate, Calcium Phosphate, Calcium
Fluoride, Silica, Magnesium sulphate and other Magnesium
ions hence your heart of RO systems i.e. the membranes are
free of scale and your membrane are capable to work for a
longer life with reduced operating cost.

SPECIFIC FEATURES WITH ADVANTAGES:
Newtech-1031
ingredients acrylic polymer and
organophosphonate polymer which helps in keeping scale
forming particle into soluble form which can easily removed
out from reject water. It is applicable for all Raw water
TDS upto 10000 ppm, hardness upto 2500 ppm and alkalinity
upto 750 ppm. It cantains silica sequester so inhibits
silica upto 250 ppm. Newtech-1031 is totally food
grade chemical so it is totally suitable for drinking water.
DOSING
AND APPLICATION:
Newtech-1031 can be dosed
directly after prefilteration. Exact dosing quantity of
chemical is determined by the type of your system and your
feed water quality. Newtech suggest you the right
doses of the chemical by the technical experts of the
company.
HANDLING AND PRECAUTIONS:

Keep the
container closed when not in use.

Keep the
container away from heat and sunlight.

Newtech-1031 is not
hazardous chemical and having very low order of toxicity
but avoid in contact with eyes, skin and clothes. In
case of contact with eyes wash with plenty of water and
seek medical advice. During handling wear rubber gloves
and goggles.
